Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. All products are shipped discreetly and securely to maintain product integrity.

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will be issued only in cases of proven defect or fulfillment error, and claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt.
